All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all products purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused product within 60 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling).

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service at support@visiumhealth.com within 60 days of purchase
2. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Ship the product back to the address provided with your RMA number
4. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product

5.3 Return Conditions

Products must be returned in their original packaging. Opened bottles are accepted but must contain at least 50% of the original product. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returns that do not meet these conditions.

6. Subscription Services

6.1 Auto-Delivery Programs

If you enroll in an auto-delivery or subscription program, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the terms you selected at enrollment.

6.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting customer service at least 5 business days before your next scheduled shipment. Cancellations received less than 5 days before shipment may not prevent the next scheduled order.
